A. From New England or New York City –

Part 1 - take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 10 (Interstate 287) Go west on 287 to Exit 14 (Left Exit) onto Route 22 West – follow Route 22 for 3 miles and take US 202 South.

Part 2 - Follow US 202 for about 18 miles to the Traffic Circle at Flemington (US202, SR31, SR12) – exit at the second exit onto SR12 West – follow SR12 for almost ½ mile to the next circle – take the second exit and continue on SR12 West for about 7/10 of a mile to the next circle (CR523 and SR12) – go ¾ of the way around the circle and exit onto CR523 south towards Stockton, NJ. Follow CR523 for 3.7 miles and near the bottom of the hill prepare for a left turn onto Sandbrook Headquarters Road, follow Sandbrook Headquarters Road for one mile to Yard Road, turn left onto Yard Road and we are the second driveway on your right – follow the gravel driveway bearing left to the barn. Welcome to Abenaki Acres Farm!

Alternate route from the north is to follow the New York Thruway (Interstate 87) south to exit 15 (Interstate 287 south) – follow 287 south for 58.6 miles to exit 17 (US202 South) – then follow the instructions above in section A Part 2


B. From the west via Interstate 78 –

take Interstate 78 East to exit 17 (SR31) and take it south towards Flemington. At the Traffic Circle at Flemington (US202, SR31, SR12) – exit at the first exit onto SR12 West – follow SR12 for almost ½ mile to the next circle – take the second exit and continue on SR12 West for about 7/10 of a mile to the next circle (CR523 and SR12) – go ¾ of the way around the circle and exit onto CR523 south towards Stockton, NJ. Follow CR523 for 3.7 miles and near the bottom of the hill prepare for a left turn onto Sandbrook Headquarters Road, follow Sandbrook Headquarters Road for one mile to Yard Road, turn left onto Yard Road and we are the second driveway on your right – follow the gravel driveway bearing left to the barn. Welcome to Abenaki Acres Farm!

C. From the south west via Interstate 76 –

Part 1 Go east on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76 which becomes Interstate 276) to US Route 1 – follow US Route 1 north for about 8.6 miles to Interstate 95 North and follow Interstate 95 North for about 11.5 miles to exit 4 (SR31) –

Part 2 - take SR31 north towards Pennington and Ringoes (Careful there is one tricky traffic circle in Pennington where you have bear left and then immediately right to stay on SR31). Follow SR31 for 11.7 miles to US202 – at this point go under US202 following CR579 into Ringoes for 2.5 miles (careful SR179 bears off to the right while CR579 bears to the left of Mom’s Diner in the middle of Ringoes). At the end of the 2.5 miles you will be at the intersection with CR604 (Ringoes/Rosemont Road) – turn left and follow CR604 for 2.3 miles and turn right onto Sandbrook Headquarters Road. Go north on this road for 1.2 miles and turn right onto Yard Road and we are the second driveway on your right – follow the gravel driveway bearing left to the barn. Welcome to Abenaki Acres Farm!


D. From Delaware/Southern New Jersey –

Follow Interstate 295 north until it turns into Interstate 95 (at exit 67) and continue to exit 4 (SR31) go north on SR 31 – it is about 12.4 miles from the junction of Interstate 195 and 295 - then follow the directions above in section C Part 2.
